    • Third-party websites and platforms that embed or share RiffOn content
    • Media outlets, researchers, and others who access public RiffOn content

    • Your recorded interview audio/video

    • Your comments, likes, and public interactions

4.2 With Your Consent

We may share your information with third parties when you explicitly consent, such as:

  • When you connect third-party services to your RiffOn account

    • Identify topics, themes, and keywords

    • Detect policy violations and harmful content
    • Recommend content to users

5.2 Improving Our Technology

We use the information we collect, including your interviews and interactions, to develop, test, and improve our technology and services. This includes:

  • Improving content recommendations and personalization

6.1 Public Nature of Interviews

Once you participate in an interview on RiffOn:

  • Your interview is published publicly and accessible to anyone
  • It may be indexed by search engines and appear in search results
  • It may be embedded on other websites or shared on social media
  • It becomes part of the permanent public discourse on the internet

You should treat participating in a RiffOn interview the same as giving a public speech or press interview.

6.2 What Cannot Be Made Private

Even if you later delete your account or interview:

  • Others may have already downloaded, saved, or shared your interview
  • External websites may have cached or archived your interview
  • Your interview may continue to appear in search results temporarily
  • Third parties are not required to remove content they legally obtained

6.3 Content Deletion

You can request deletion of your interviews through your account settings. When you do:

  • We will remove the interview from public view on RiffOn within 48 hours
  • Complete deletion from our systems may take up to 90 days
  • We may retain certain information for legal compliance, safety, or backup purposes
  • We cannot control or remove copies made by third parties

6.4 Republication and Use by Others

By participating in public interviews on RiffOn, you acknowledge that:

  • News organizations may quote or reference your interviews
  • Researchers may study your publicly available content
  • Other users may discuss, critique, or respond to your interviews
  • Your statements may be taken out of context or misinterpreted

7. Data Retention

7.1 How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your information for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Service to you
  • Comply with legal obligations
